 Playboy is a rather impressive buck who joined our herd on a bit of a whim this spring, however, we have been
very pleased with him ever since his arrival. He is a powerful buck with tremendous width and depth and spring of
rib, combined with smoothness of blending, height in the front end and excellent feet and legs. Not only does he
excel in length of body and levelness, but also in width across the loin and rump, carried through into his
correct rear leg set and width of escutcheon. Playboy's dam, SGCH J&R Spirit's DK Kovergirl, was 1st place
Milking Yearling at the 2007 Nationals and easily finished her championship as a two year-old and appraised EX90
(EEVE) as well. We feel that Playboy should work quite well in our herd, as two of our bucks have been used in
the J&R Spirit's herd with good results. |
